Our Workshops
We only work with small, ethical, and certified workshops to produce for our brand. Ethical production means that all of our workers are paid a living wage, work normal hours, are adults (no child labor), and are working in safe conditions. We establish personal relationships with our artisans and makers to ensure their happiness and safety is at the forefront of everything we do.
This is Jyoti, Co-Owner
Jyoti is the co-owner of our factory in India, alongside her husband. Jyoti, not only runs this business but is a dedicated mother and wife. She works hard to ensure all our sampling and production is done on time and treats all her employees with the upmost respect and upholds the same ethics Dynasty George values.

We partner with a small family owned workshop in India to create our beautiful timeless dresses. The owners are a lovely husband and wife team who have programs in place to teach and employ willing candidates the artisanal skills of dress making. Working with a small factory, allows our clothing to be produced in smaller quantities and still be completely handmade. All of our garments are a labor of love and celebrates each hand that has helped create them.

All of our special, one of a kind, vintage and upcycled garments are made by Dynasty herself at her home office workshop. Dynasty sources vintage textiles, quilts, curtains, bed sheets, and fabrics locally in New York City and from her trips aboard. She strives to reduce waste by reusing textiles on their way to landfills to give a second life in your closet.
